Turnover : The average monthly turnover is between R40,000 and R45,000. Winter is quieter and business picks up with tourist season.

Human Resources : Three staff work shifts at R12 hour. This adds up to a wage bill of around R5,320 per month. The owners maintain a regular presence at the business but neither work there fulltime.
