Erf 19 (a portion of erf 1 ) Val de Vie is in the process of sub-division into 20 erven. The application was lodged by Jan Hanekom Partnership (Town & Regional Planners) to the City Council of Drakenstein on the 7th of June 2010. They have indicated that they expect a successful application within 4-6 months. All prices include VAT and no transfer duty is applicable. A 10% deposit is requested on date of Purchase which are payable to the attorneys Malherbe Hanekom Inc’s trust account where it will be held until date of transfer. Guarantees to be furnished in respect of purchase price of erven as well as the building costs. On date of registration of transfer of the erven to Buyer, the full purchase price of the erven will be collected by the attorneys and released to the developer (The Vines Joint Venture) - building progress payments will be collected on a monthly basis once construction has commenced.
