George represents a sustainable property market. “Real” residents are buying and it is not a destination attractive to aggressive speculators. In the long term this will result in a smoother capital growth trend.
The trend of people relocating to the Garden Route from the metropolitan areas of Gauteng, Cape Town and Durban is in its infancy.
